HISTORY
Our team provides electrical services for our commercial and industrial customers throughout Kennewick, Richland, Pasco,
and surrounding communities.
It gives us great pride to know that the services we provide directly affects how people live, work and grow within our community. Time after time, we deliver the best quality, efficiency, and safety in all we do because we infuse innovation and constant improvement into level of our operation. We are also proud to boast a bilingual team that can provide service to the Spanish-speaking community in the Tri-Cities.
Columbia River Electrical Contractors began in 2004 as a 2-4 employee business operating out of the living room of then owners Allen and Ronda Spaur. Between 2011 & 2015, under the leadership of new owners Jim Medina and Rob Heimann, the company broadened its strategic plan and established a larger market presence by investing in quality personnel, new technology and resources. This growth has been sustained with current corporate operations of 15 staff employees, 20 supervisors, 100 craftsmen and two business offices located in Kennewick.

As co-owner and President of Columbia River Electrical Contractors, Jim drives the company's strategic direction and growth initiatives. Under his leadership, the company has grown exponentially in revenue. “I am passionate about the industry, our work family, and the communities we serve through Viable, Sustainable, and Imaginative growth.
Rob Heimann
Owner and COO
As co-owner and Chief Operating Officer, Rob oversees the delivery of commercial, Industrial, Energy, and Data projects. “At CREM we are committed to providing our communities with a better way of life through Safety, Innovation, and Service.”
